This refers to exceptional and unpredictable events that are out of one's normal control and the effects of which could not have been averted, even with the utmost caution. These situations or occurrences may include, but are not limited to, Travel Restrictions related to the same while on the ride, war or threat of war, riot, civil unrest, industrial dispute, unavoidable technical transportation issues, closure or congestion of airports, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, and/or unfavorable weather conditions. Participants will be responsible for paying for all additional meals, transport, and lodging on their own in the event of any of the aforementioned occurrences. A full refund of the registration cost will be given to the riders by TVS Nepal if the ride is cancelled for any reason other than the ones specified above, such as lockdown or restrictions imposed by the national or local governments. All additional costs incurred by the participant in connection with this ride, including as travel tickets, the cost of gear and other essentials, etc., will not be covered by TVS Nepal.
